$9.99 a month plus tax covers the website and keeps it running: hosting, security, backups, and up to two small content changes a month, with the first 30 days free. It does not cover redesigns or new pages. Cancel any time from the billing page. After twelve months on the plan the site and its code are yours to keep; cancel before then and the site simply comes down, with nothing transferred. A web address, if one is needed, is registered in the business's name after the first month, or an existing one is pointed at the site.
